The screen can be used to trail health campaigns like the annual flu jabs and to alert patients to upcoming events as well as remind them of the practice procedures. The screen also plays short health information films covering advice on minor ailments and health and lifestyle information.

The LCD screen is connected to the Internet via its own broadband connection and the content is delivered over the web from our dedicated server. You have direct access to the content on the practice specific side of the screen via a special web site interface. This means you can add and delete as much material as you want to this area of the screen as well as update it as frequently as you require. Putting up a message on the screen takes less than five minutes and, because the display is in real time, any changes you make appear immediately. Because the screen is online we are able to monitor it remotely and can usually fix any breakdowns within minutes of you notifying us of a problem.
